My Approach

I am an active therapist and I engage in the journey.

I work with clients who are experiencing

  • Heightened anxiety
  • Low mood / depression
  • Early parenting issues
  • Stress
  • Bereavement and loss

In addition I have a particular interest in supporting clients in strengthening their 

  • Self-esteem
  • Confidence
  • Relationships

I offer one-time consultations, short-term (6 weeks), and long-term therapy. 

My work draws on a background of training and experience from Person- Centred, Solution Focused (SFBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Gestalt therapies.
